Bringing others together.

Have you ever noticed that music brings people together?
I don't mean people who live next door or down the street. I mean bringing people together who live across the world.
Music is equal, it is not aimed for the rich nor the poor. It is aimed to be shared, to shower the world with love, hope and happiness with every lyric.
Every single person in the world makes their own music, they may not know it. The strum of your nails on a table, the hum of your throat or your tapping foot against the ground beneath you. It is also music, no matter what anyone says.
I know this blog is a huge supporter of Michael Jackson but I want it to be variable. I want the blog to focus on music, dancing and the talents of others. If you have a song you want to showcase, or a great photo you want to share - then comment with the link and Ill be sure to do a post dedicated to each of you.
Nothing is more important than the supporters!

Much Love

Trademark Michael

Michael had that trademark style that would always be associated with him. The white socks, the swarvoski gloves, the black leather shoes, glitter, gems and all things weird and wonderful. Everything about his style was extravagant and beautiful.
In this post I am going to take a closer look into the trend that is taking over the world.

Lady Gaga, ridiculously amazing, crazy and one weird trendsetter. She doesn't care whether it's in, out or just a stuffed toy. She will find some way or other to make it wearable Gaga style. Her take on the Michael glove was over the top and crazy as Gaga always aims to be. It was a great tribute to Michael and only she could pull of gloves that huge. I do think though, that perhaps that sometimes her style is stolen from another celebrity. I mean when she first landed on the scene that hair just screamed Christina Aguilera and then she then went into a Madonna stage where she wore skimpy outfits that were just that little bit too tight. But enough on that.
Somehow it almost seemed as if Lady Gaga thought she was bringing the glove to a whole new level when in actual fact she was trying to evolve the whole concept of the original idea. Instead of upgrading the idea of Michael's glove, which was made from swarvoski crystal, she oversized them and added lights in. I got a really tacky feel from this photo instead of experiencing any kind of wow factor that I would with Michael.
I dearly love Gaga, I really do and I think that her style is over the top and so daring. That's why I hate that she had to try and re - invent someone elses trademark item. Come on Gaga, stick to your Alexander McQueen!

Enough on Gaga though, lets move onto the younger generation. The boy thats making all the girls go dizzy. Its Mr Bieber. He doesn't really dress like Michael at all. Yet the dance moves are clearly there. In his recent video baby, he did a toe pointing crotch grab and the moonwalk. Nowhere near as good as the original but for a 16 year old, he isnt half bad. His moonwalk was smooth and steady and his energy flowed throughout the rest of the moves. Justin did a great job in trying out the moves and I think they really worked with his sound. I like his music and the way that every song is about love -thats cute. People just need to give the kid a break, hes young and he is talented, so why so many people hate him is oblivious to me? I can only think of the reasons that either; their girlfriends fancy him, they are jealous or they simply cant do the moonwalk!
I will let you guys decide :)

Back To Michael.
In this is it, you are shown multiple designs for Michael's stage outfits and you cant help but gasp at the intricate detail that is added to these masterpieces. They were truly beautiful and had Michael Jackson written all over them. I also think that Michael totally pulls off skinny jeans and metallic jackets. I mean, did you see him? He looked hot! For a man who is 50, he looked amazing.
I think that throughout the film, his outfits vary. The only outfit choice I didnt particularly favour was his overly pointy shoulder pads. They are more for dainty women in my opinion, but never the less. Michael still looked stylish.

Style icon, I think so.

Dont judge him!

As sad as it is, Michael is not here anymore. Yet callous people decide that it is still ok to throw accusations at a man who was cleared of all these false allegations. Michael Jackson, at no point in his life, would ever have hurt a child. In his own words he said he would rather cut his wrists before hurting a child. Doesnt that say something to you? And the fact that Michael had children of his own was another reason to back up his case.
Some people may say that Michael was obviously guilty as he paid off the parents and children involved. This was however, not Michaels decision but his lawyers. And, if your child had claimed that someone had abused them, you would not accept payment, you would fight for your child's justice. This just goes to show that the families involved were in need of some easy cash and their prayers were answered as they set their leeching eyes upon the vulnerable Michael.

Michael has been cleared on all cases filed against him. Some were so ridiculously fake that parents had given their children drugs to brainwash them into thinking Michael was bad.

The only bad Michael has ever been associated with is his number one album. I expect it will stay that way!

Next post;
His amazing music and my opinions!

Just a celebrity?

Michael Jackson. The man who has had so much criticism over the years. But not once has anybody in the press stood back to take a look at the true genius that stands before them.
He didnt just write songs, he echoed the true meaning of love life and peace to all his fans. He spread the love, he made sure that everyone he knew or spoke to was treated as an equal.
Yet those surrounding him didnt return the favour, they bombarded him with flashing cameras and they were desperate to splash negative stories all over the press.
This man may have been famous, but he didnt need to be abused in this way.
Michael Jackson has never took his celebrity status for granted, he used his stardom to help others. He made terminally ill children feel happy before their last dying moments. He cared for his children like any good dad would and he gave his all to each and every fan he encountered.
Any journalist who has the right to shun these great deeds needs to look at their own lives and take a reality check.
Because behind those shades, the smile and that immense stage presence is a man. A man who wants to break free. But now, he cant. Michael is gone and he never had the chance to prove to all those that doubted him, what a good man he was.
Though he never needed to.
His innocence was decided already.
